Cant load user profile

Post subject:  Cant load user profile
OK so I'm trying to create a new user profile on a laptop. Running a fully patched Win 10 home.

On boot up in the new profile, ( it doesn't matter if its an MS or local profile, admin or normal user ), I get this message
"The User Profile Service failed to sign in. User Profile cannot be loaded"
If I log on with my account and load the management console user profile service running in event viewer I get the following
1511 - user profile service cannot find profile
6004 - logon notification subscriber failed
1500 - user profile service, windows cannot load you on because your profile cannot be loaded.

Any bright ideas folks?

It sounds like the profile is corrupt. Is it a new user, or one that is being copied from another machine?

If there is no data and no settings, have you tried deleting the user profile and logging in again, from scratch?
