(Thinks - I wonder if they chose that date so it works everywhere?) Live stream of Apple's next press conference, which now almost certainly will see the reveal of the iPhone 6 and possibly some wearable stuff. Irritatingly, I'm booked on an 'off the grid' holiday from tomorrow, so I'm going to miss it. Have fun y'all. |

Stream doesn't work. Then works for a minute and fails. Probably a good thing as these events inevitably anger me! (see ranting thread) |

I think it looks lovely. Still don't want one though. |

The publicity photos make it look hideous. The Moto 360 and the round LG look much better. That said, none of them will be replacing my 16 year old titanium and gold Seiko. |

IMO it looks horrible. Plus as a functional item for telling the time the watch is a completely out of date piece of technology that has been mostly replaced by the mobile phone when you are out and about, and the computer when you are at your desk. I've rarely worn a watch for the last 20+ years. On those few occasions when I do need one, I've got a nice pocket watch for when I need to be smart, and a Swatch Skin which is so light and minimal I hardly know I'm wearing it. In those situations the last thing I want is some great clunky ugly thing weighing down my wrist. It's a solution looking for a problem to solve. |

I’ve not worn a watch regularly for a very long time. I have a few, and I like them, but I don’t feel the need to strap one on every day. My phone does the time, and that’s more likely to be with me now. This watch needs to have some hook, some killer feature that convinces me that I need it. However, from what I saw, it doesn’t. Also, to use this, you need at least an iPhone 5, so my 4S is just one generation out. That increases the cost of the watch by the cost of a replacement phone. |

The main advantage of a watch is that you have it on you all the time. My smartphone is usually on the kitchen worktop or somewhere on my desk at work and if I go shopping etc. then I generally leave it at home. |
