Do it, nothing worse than mismatched screens for the OCD

It occurred to me that I only have one display port so there's no point in buying another 4k screen, but I might get another 28" of some description as the difference between that and the 22" is amazing. Ok, when I say amazing I mean 6" but... I'll leave you to make up your own puns lol

Sent from my big ass Sony Xperia Z Ultra tabphonelet, using Tapatalk 4.

HDMI? Although you presumably need two hdmi ports from the same graphics card.

Strange... I posted here, but it seems to have gone.

Just to clarify, this is the current setup:

28" Acer monitor, connected to the GTX760 via the Display Port connector.
Dual 22" monitors, connected to the GTX760 via the two DVI connectors.

This leaves a HDMI connector on the GXT760 and a DVI, VGA and HDMI connector from the motherboard.

I can either replace one of the 22" monitors with a 28" or just get an additional 28" and connect it via HDMI, DVI or VGA.

Either way, I'm in no rush.

I saw you were doing the Hackintosh thing - interested to hear how that goes.

I've got it working on vmware with no problem. Installing it on the pc is proving interesting, but I'll crack it.

I'd completely forgotten about this, but just a quick update... I am now running OS X Yosemite as a straight install, not virtually.

If you want to know how I did it drop me a PM, as I'm not sure whether we are allowed to discuss such things on the forum.
