I would be interested in a Red Sonja remake, but not if she was in it. If the studios think she'll do well then teenage boys must have too much pocket money.

I do not think that is even a requirement. It never harmed the original stars. Neither could act much. Though Megan Fox has barely any muscles. She would struggle to pick up a dagger let alone a two handed sword.

It killed the original - that thing is a goldmine (pre-written plots and stories FTW) and the studio at the time knew it after Conan, the problem was Stallone's ex couldn't carry it ;)
