The Uncharted games are genius and I'll have to consider an SSD when my drive eventually dies :)

Tell me about it, finally a well scripted adventure series that made me laugh.

Same here but I did the honorable thing and put the SSD in her PC

Hey, hey, I did build her an entire PC to replace her wind up laptop that took 5 minutes to boot up! :D

Linksys WRT160N, cost the huge amount of £27 and if I remember to send off the Linksys cashback form I'll be getting £10 of that back :D

The best thing I bought recently was two fresh jam doughnuts from Morrisons.

That was nearly a fortnight ago. :(

Well as I mentioned in the FPOTD thread I've just been connecting up a new APC BackUPS ES700.
Given how much lighting we had round 'ere last year it seemed like it might be a good idea to branch out from the cheapo masterplug surge protector strip I had been using.
Shame it was such a chore to get it delivered courtesy of Home Delivery Network. For once I wish they'd just left the parcel at the back door like they have done on the last three deliveries (but no, this time they took it back to their Corby depot, a healthy 80 mile round trip by car (which I don't have)). Still, thanks to my helpful neighbour I got it eventually.
