Hello all, I have no idea where this should belong, so I'll dump it here and run quickly ![]() I bought a cheap laser printer about a year ago and nearly 5,000 pages later, the print is extremely light and almost illegible. What is the most cost-effective way to keep it running? I can get a refill kits for about £10, a compatible cartridge for about £30 and a brand new one for £70. Thanks, Peter. |

I've used the refurbished/compatible cartidges and have not noticed any difference in quality. My Dad has used refill kits and said they are pretty fiddly. If it was me I'd got for the middle option. |

We use the compatible one's here and also for the majority of our customers, we do occasionally have problems with them, but I'd still say they were the best option. |

Thanks guys, I'll certainly go for a compatible one then. Peter. |

Has anybody heard of a manufacturer called Jetboss? I can get one of their compatible cartridges for less than £20 including delivery, which seems cheap. Peter. |
