I don't get annoyed about junk mail (in the form of leaflets and stuff) as the companies (usually small and local) have sent people out to try and get business for them. But I've got to wonder what they are thinking sometimes. I just received a leaflet for J & M Tree Care Services offering things like fencing, rotivating, tree felling, hedge removal, shed removal, etc... I am guessing they have probably delivered these leaflets to everyone on the street. Given that the front of my house looks like this... CLICKY! and the back looks like this... CLICKY you've got to wonder to which trees/hedges/sheds and lawns they were referring. ![]() |

I doubt the folks delivering the fliers had even read them. They get paid a few new pence per hundred delivered. To be honest, if I was to walk down those two streets I'd probably think they were different houses which may well have gardens between! Are these back-to-back terraces that have been knocked into one, or were they actually built with two front yards? I like the hand written sign pointing to number 27 round the back. Also, lol at the street names. It's all a bit Roman round there ![]() |

They were built as terraces with a front and back but I suppose the back and front can both be used equally. Yeah, we have Romans and Normans around here ![]() |
