It depends on how cut back the ads are. On many sites the ads account for about 80% of the download volume! Not to mention how much they drain your battery etc. If you are on a limited connection (my phones are on a "flatrate", but that means a certain volume at full speed, then the connection is throttled) it can mean that you quickly work through your bandwidth limit, so this is very welcome. |

I use NoScript and Better privacy, but not adblock. I understand free sites I use need advertising revenue. I do have Firefox set to ask me what to do the first time each site asks to set cookies though. The amount of course as sites try to set is ridiculous. |

The same here, although I don't have Firefox on my mobile devices. They shouldn't stop at mobile devices, they should use it for the desktop as well. |
