had around 3000 photos on my phone, always wanting to transfer them to pc to backup on disc, and it would take days to bluetooth them 1 by 1 so I thought if I put my 64gb gopro micro SD card in my phone then I transferred all the photos onto it which seemed to work and then I put the microsd card back in the gopro to plug in the pc but when I go in the directory for gopro none of the photos show up but the storage on it recognises the pics "there" taking up space I think, any way to get my invisible pics back? I ordered a microSD card usb stick reader so hopefully that will solve things(?)

Does your phone support 64GB cards? I managed to brick an SD card, because the device couldn't use that big an SD card, although the documentation didn't mention the restriction.

Best wait for the card reader - the GoPro could be acting as a filing system to only show the files it created.

Do you not have a USB cable to use with your phone?
A GoPro is not a card reader; I suspect a card reader might help.
