I've watched that scene approaching probably 50 times, never fails. Discovering the ending of Blade Runner is one of the best things to happen to me; that's my kind of spirituality right there.

"Death has come to your little town, sheriff." from Halloween

"Get away from her you bitch!" from some movie or other....

It says 50 greatest film quotes, but surely....

"There can be only one" - Highlander.

Edit to add: What about "I've got a bad feeling about this" from pretty much all of the Star Wars films?

Donatello: Uh, ohayou, wasabi.

Raphael: Hello, mustard??

Always made me laugh. My mate and me really liked the Joker's 'I believe whatever doesn't kill you simply makes you... stranger.'

"I am serious, and don't call me Shirley"

I might be blind but where was "I love the smell of Napalm in the morning"? or "Charlie don't surf!"?

Or "I picked the wrong week to give up sniffing glue!"

There's a serious lack of Kubrick among other things. No "I'm sorry Dave, i can't do that."? No "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."?

And where's "We shail into Hishtory."
