Well, nothing modern anyway.

Basically, it's IE6 and nothing newer.

I like the way they've obviously updated it, but not in any useful way.

By "many" it means "all". The newest OS listed is XP, and browser as you said IE6.

There are laws about this. Actual laws which can get you huge fines for failing to comply. I guess the DWP doesn't concern itself with accessibility and discrimination laws... I'm not sure if that's ironic or just pathetic.

I get DLA but had to fill out pages of forms last time I did it. When they transfer me to PIP I expect another screwup and appeal. The fact that they are still not capable of using anything newer than IE6 shows that there may be problems ahead.

Nothing wrong with that. Few people I know fill them in alone. The forms are in many ways contradictory and repeat themselves. Fortunately I repeat myself a lot so it is easier. I was also hearing on Radio 4 that the online forms have to be completed in one go and there is no returning to complete the session.

Unlike the HMRC tax forms, which you can save and return to at a later time. That website is compatible with the latest browsers too, which is not surprising as it’s dealing with taking in money, not handing it out.
