I just enjoyed a "Chinese" style meal for the umpteenth time since I made it on Saturday. I've put the remainder in a tub to take to work for lunch tomorrow. While I was crunching on my bamboo shoots, it occurred to me that I am growing to more and more resemble a panda in my old age. Perhaps I was one in a previous life? 1. I'm round and furry. 2. I love bamboo shoots (Why do my local supermarkets keep hiding them in stupid places??!) 3. I was born blond, but I've darkened with age and now I'm growing white patches. 4. I'm very slow and I like to rest a lot. 5. I have great difficulty in finding a mate, and if I ever have offspring it will be a minor miracle. I think I'd be quite content being a panda in the next life too. What animal might you have been before, or do you most resemble now? What animal would you like to be in the next life? |

Hmm that's a difficult one, can I choose two options?? A: Lioness 1. I am extremely patient, but push me too far and I will bite your head off 2. I do all the housework and get the dinner while my Mister lies in the sun scratching himself (joke) 3. I like a nap after a big meal 4. I like kids, and not only those from my immediate family 5. I'm the one in charge 6. I'm incredibly loyal B: Squirrel 1. I have bundles of energy 2. I'm always busy and I like to be on the move most of the time 3. I love climbing trees 4. Just been watching "Inside Nature's Giants" and it was all about Giraffes! Very interesting! I never realised the amount of problems caused by having such a long neck! |

Don't know. What kind of animal loafs around all day, gets up when hungry but eats only once a day, and if you provoke it, it will bite your head off? |

Being a sloth would be cool I reckon. Sleep most of the day, then wake up and get monged. Back to bed, and do it all again. Not too dissimilar to being a student, really!

Except you also end up covered in algae. And IIRC if its a bit cold a sloth can starve to death even if it has a full stomach because its metabolism is so slow. |
