Post subject:  Friday Game: Name those weapons!
The image below has 40 weapons from popular cult films.

Name them.

The handgun with the square end i know too but cant quite remember. Is it Terminator?

The proton pack is called.. a proton pack. The weapon from Aliens is I believe called a pulse rifle. The spikey throwing thing from Krull was called the Glaive, although that's correctly the name of a kind of pole arm.

We also have a .44 magnum revolver (Dirty Harry), The Golden Gun (from James Bond), Conan's sword from Conan The Barbarian, James Bond's Walther PPK, The gun used by Deckard in Blade Runner, The Holy Hand Grenade, what looks like Johnny 5's head (I assume he counted as a weapon), OddJob's bowler hat and The Predator's mask, Zena Warrior Princess's sword and throwing ring thing. The sword at the back I can't get because you can't see very much of it - possibly a claymore from Highlander?

And I agree about the gas cylinder, although that equally could be from Jaws.

Luke's lightsabre training orb from Star Wars IV.

Not sure, but I think one of the other spheres is that nasty little bleeder from Phantasm.

It's not obvious but it's there. You start with the Thundercats sword at the front, then you have Zena's sword on the right. The ring is in front of the guard of the sword but because of the form of illustration it looks like it's part of the guard.

Ah, got another one. Between the Walther PPK and the blade runner gun is a small ball with wings? That's the golden snitch from Harry Potter, although that's not at all a weapon. The one I have no idea at all about is the thing that looks like a pack of cards tied up with string at the front.

I am, however, wondering about it being Sean Connery's rapier from Highlander 2. :?

The only revolver that I can see (on the left) is not a .44 Magnum- It's a .357 Colt Python. The S&W .44 does not have the rail along the top of the barrel and has a distinctive ramped front sight.
