The animation style is brilliant and expressive. The characters have great depth. The stories are magical and moving, and there's plenty in there clearly written for an adult audience. Remember it's produced by an ardent comic book reading sci-fi fan. It's absolutely targeted at, well, me. I don't actually have any of the toys though. |

 I've bought a few of the toys, mostly presents for RL brony/pegasis friends, but I think I might be the only person in my town who actually buys them. The staff at WHSmith probably think I'm a bit weird
