Back at work yesterday, after almost a month off with a chest infection. Beginning to wish I'd taken another week off, but I'm here now, so best get on with it, I suppose.

Morning all. Second day back at work and I could do with a holiday. The lack of contingency and succession planning for when people leave here is staggering. I've been lumbered with trying to pull together figures for something by the finance department that was previously put together by someone who has left. Trying to decipher their filing system is making me feel ill and I'm pretty sure a large chunk of the data I need to complete the job hasn't actually been filled in since he left. FML Still, at least the weather is being nice. Have a great day folks |
