Back in work for the rest of this week  Getting in was fun - nasty looking accident on the A1(M) Southbound near Huntingdon, car appeared to have skidded (more likely aquaplaned) into the central reservation and was sitting at right angles to the fast lane  Peterborough obviously sits in some sort of weather isolating vortex - it was raining/sleeting a bit when I left for work but it's was proper snowing around Huntingdon. Parents meant to be driving to Ipswich to see relatives today so that could be fun. And it looks like it's going to freeze over night just to add an extra frison (sp?) of excitement. Anywho, have a great day folks. |

Morning all. Parents heading back up the road today so I get my house back to myself and can put everything back where it's supposed to go  Bit icy out but looks like it's going to be a very nice clear day down here. Have a good one folks. |

Morning all. Slept through my alarm this morning so was a bit squeezed for time getting to work. Mind you, the other person who's in today also slept in so... Looks like the parents went back on the right day (yesterday) as it would appear where they live has had rather a lot of snow overnight. Anywho, have a great day folks. |

Afternoon all, and a happy new year! This year wasn't as bad as previous years. The dog wasn't as scared, until the main fireworks went off just before midnight. Luckily the weather was so bad during the evening that most people didn't bother letting off their fireworks early... Starting my new job tomorrow. |
