Morning all,

I'm praying for better weather for tomorrow - I'll be out in the boonies all day doing some coppicing. Our corporate betters have decided everyone in the company must spend one working day this year doing some charity or community work.

They then quietly tried to shift the focus to weekends, and saw a marked drop in activities being undertaken; unsurprisingly.

Morning all,

Well, it frikkin lashed it down all day, yesterday - We were soaked to the bone, despite wearing waterproofs.

The chappie from the wildlife trust eventually called a halt around lunchtime, as it was becoming too dangerous to continue; so I went home early and had a hot bath. Which was nice. ;)

Of course the weather has improved no end for today's group, which includes some of our directors from the mainland. :evil:

Morning. Been a long day already having woken up at 5am. Supposed to be working part-time and I've already clocked up my entire month's hours, so hoping to negotiate the afternoon off for a snooze...

ION - my internets is being rubbish. I think it's the Netgear router struggling to handle a VPN connection, which is annoying because it technically does everything I need and is solid when I turn off the VPN. I wouldn't mind so bad if it was just the VPN dropping but it kicks the entire connection :roll:
