Morning World,

Awake for fit camp, when what I really wanted was a lie-in. Red is still sound asleep, but the kitties are fed and out for the day, the chooks and dooks are all sorted and I've eaten an apple before my cup of coffee and drug-medley! Now taking 2 x Solpadol, 2 x Buscopan, 1 x Benadryl, 2 x Calcium & Vit D, 3 x Glucosamine/Chondroitin and 1 x Womens Health multivit....That's just the morning dosing, the Solpadol and Buscopan are repeated thrice every day, I believe I may rattle at fit camp this morning.

Still, I have had a really productive couple of days off work, got through a ton of chores and everything is feeling much more settled and less higgledy-piggledy which is a good thing!

Only thing on my mind at the moment is Daktari appointment on Monday when we talk surgery! I am both really looking forward to and really dreading the appointment, I may get shot up the waiting list and go in for surgery quickly (ideal) but equally I may go on it normally because I'm managing my pain with drugs, or I may not be allowed on it until I'm exactly at the 35kg weight loss (I'm at 29kg at the moment) the good thing is that my BMI has dropped under the surgery threshold so that may make it a no brainer, but until I have some idea of time scales I will continue to be nervous.

Today we are going to buy wedding rings in Nuneaton, then to do a few bits of bitty shopping for the house, our light pulls are all falling apart for instance, a bit of fun shopping (I hope) for sporty stuff and poultry stuff, then home for an afternoon of chilling. I'll be leaving at about 5pm to go visit a friend for the evening/night. Someone we used to work with is going to be there as well and I'm looking forward to seeing her, as well as the rest of the gang...there may well be wine consumed ;) I'm looking forward to it (oddly) but in the meantime there's a lot to do.

Have a happy weekend everyone.

Morning all.

Need to see if I can borrow the neighbours brown garden waste bin to put the remains of the accursed bush/hedge/triffid thing growing along the fence in. Also need to try and lop the top and middle off an elder tree. Grumble.

Anywho, have a great day folks.

Morning World.

Last day off of my looong wkend, also is Daktari day, quite nervous about the appointment so please think 'surgical' thoughts at 15:00. Otherwise, the boiler is being serviced, but I mostly have the day to myself.

Morning all.

The spiders appear to have decided now is a good time to come in from the cold. Hopefully they'll catch the sodding mosquitoes that keep biting me.

Welcome to October, have a great day folks.

Morning.

Looks like more vets for Penny-puss. We think we know, thanks to the internets, googles and wikipedias, what's wrong. We just need to find out how to manage it. :(

I hate it when I have a busy day ahead but don't get enough kippage. I think various edible stimulants will be required today.

Onwards and sideways.

Morning all

A good weekend – took all the stuff I didn’t use for the house spruce up back to B&Q and wicks for a refund and used the monies refunded to pay for a new food blender as the old one is to big to leave on the work surface so never gets used

Morning all,

dawn hasn't even thought of cracking yet and I am getting ready to go to the airport. :(

Off to Budapest for 2 days to visit a customer, over the German Reunification day, so no Bank Holiday on Wednesday...

Morning all,

Today I shall be mostly teaching adding up, taking away, timesing and dividing. So much more fun than using the "proper" mathematical terms, don't you think?

Have great day everyone.
