Morning,
Had a freak coughing fit that kept recurring throughout the night. I'm sitting at my desk, evaluating the keyboard's gel-pad wrist rest for use as a pillow.
I'm frikkin knackered, and this is likely to feel like the longest day in history.

Morning.
Fractured sleep. Best Beloved developed an ear ache which needed succour and a nice hot cup of something early this morning. The wind and rain kept me awake, too.
Still, off down to Dorset for a very short break this afternoon. I hopefully will remain off grid while I'm there. The iPod's all loaded up with entertainment for the journey, and I'll load this car later.
Onwards and sideways, avoiding the puddles.

Morning Pooch woke us at 3am, because the gales were throwing the garden furniture about. More accurately, Pooch woke Alyson at 3am and she woke me and kicked me out of bed to check out what the fuss was about.

Morning all, Just bought Avengers 3D on Blu-Ray and I'm now debating whether to give this to Mrs. V for Christmas, (as a stocking filler obviously, not a main present!) or just make it a "Happy Friday" present, for all of the help she's given me at work this week. Morning all.
Cut down the remainder of the (visible) stinky hedge and elder tree that sat between my fence and next doors fence yesterday. Very satisfying but now I've filled the brown garden waste bin that won't be emptied for about 2 weeks and I still need to do the rest of the garden before I get a letting agent inspection in a couple of weeks. Bah!
Still, at least it's a nice day again by the looks of it.
