*****EDIT*****

Ulysses 31 has been added - you can change your vote
You can now vote for two options. There's just too many brilliant 80's cartoons to only pick one!

http://www.80scartoons.co.uk

Pick your favourite one.

(Sorrys there's no girl options. I'm a boy!)

Bah!! You can't vote for more than one??

Jayce, Transformers and Thundercats equally ruled my life. I didn't know Transformers came in English until I was 8 or 9, we'd been living in Italy and could only get it with Italian dubbing. Optimus Prime always sounded a bit "metrosexual" until we came home

You know I almost put Ulysses in. I'll add it if I can.

Are you trying to throw the poll by highlighting 2 of the answers?

Ulysses, Ulysses, soaring through all the galaxies, in search of Earth, flying in to the night.
Ulysses, Ulysses, fighting evil and tyranny, with all his power, and with all of his might.

Ulysses, no-one else can do the things you do.
Ulysses, like a bolt of thunder from the blue.
Ulysses, always fighting all the evil forces bringing peace and justice to all.
It's me Nono small robot you know, friend of Ulysses.
It's me Nono small robot you know, friend of Ulysses.

Ulysses, no-one else can do the things you do.
Ulysses, like a bolt of thunder from the blue.

It's me Nono small robot you know, friend of Ulysses.

I first saw it in France. I had not seen anything quite like it, and I thought I’d never see it over here in English. A few years later, it turned up on BBC.

Now I feel I have to find it on DVD.

I managed to get it down to three: He-Man, Thundercats and Transformers. I had to go with He-Man and Transformers in the end, but it was a tough one to call.

Transformers was (and still is) my favourite but there are so many memories from all the cartoons. I'm still waiting for someone to invent the suits the Centurions had!

From Wiki....

"Battle of the Planets (1978) is the American dub of the 1972 television anime known as Kagaku ninja tai Gatchaman" ......... "A CGI film based on the franchise, Science Ninja Team Gatchaman, is slated for a 2010 release."

Could be interesting if you were a fan
