Sorry for the silence recently; i've been moving out of this house for a while. Computer was packed up a couple of days ago, i'm leeching off someone's internet with my lappy.

Before my room was packed with stuff, now it's empty. I really didn't realise how much of this stuff was actually MINE and not belonging to the house! Even the desk would you believe..

Anyways i've managed to fill up a 75sqft storage room right to the top (it's about 12ft high) and had to rent another 50sqft which has also been filled. If anyone wants a sofa, set of drawers or coffee table then you can pick it up from the Leeds area =) The lack of storage space means they'll be left here (in the case of the sofa) or go to charity (everything else).

Where are you moving to?

Had shed load of stuff in storage, before I came to Germany. You think you have problems, I had a 3 bedroom house! Got a house clearance for some of the older furniture and crockery, gave about 1,000 paperbacks to charity! (Wishing I hadn't now, but just didn't have the storage space and the transport costs would have doubled!)

Also threw out every issue of Computer Shopper, every issue of PC Pro,every issue of Pop Comp Weekly!

That was really hard to do! :(

Ouch... Well thankfully i've not thrown away any CPCs or shoppers yet, but then again i've not got a shedload. Not thrown away any books either!

Charity shopping a couple of 19" CRTs though, also a graphics card and two PSUs are going to cex.

To give you an impression of how far away i'm moving, here's googlemaps.

Hope that works. Effectively i'm moving to the next street! Moving all this stuff was hell, rented a van and did all the heavy lifting myself (as my housemates are quite weak girlies) and there were 3 peoples-worth of stuff. Wish I was a real student that travels light! But seeing as this is home (parents have moved out of my old home) i've got everything I own here.

Gah. In a few months' time, I'm moving back to live with the rents. Given the amount of crap I've acquired over the last two years, I'm not sure how I'm gonna store everything. My old bedroom is far too small.
