Burger King launch their Super Seven Incher with one of the most unsubtle ads of all time. Or is it just me? ![]() |

Advertising these days, is to catch the subject audicence. In this case, people under the age of 25. What has this done? Exactly what I just said. |

It does look exceedingly good though. Pity they dont actually look like that then they are cooked. I asked about it once, the response I got was - "It's because we have to make so many of them so we can't always make them look good." I was 'gob-smacked' ![]() |

Advertising clearly works. FWIW, there's probably some ad exec in the US who probably can't quite believe he's gotten away with it. I expect there's usually a dozen piss-poor ideas rafted, but some moron in BK went with this one. I used to come up with crap like this in university and upon presentation to the tutors it always got a raised eyebrow and a middling mark. Mind you, look at the American Apparel adverts. For all their puritanical views over the last few years, the US seems to do a brisk trade in risqué advertising. |

Does anyone else think that the model doesn't look human, and looks more like one of those fake rubber dolls that are supposed to look human? ![]() |

Ooooh. That's a low punch. I have been driving for nearly 3 years, and have never hit anything. Not even the curb. |

It's from the 60s/70s I think Saying that you might be the exception, my housemate hit another car (apparently not her fault) and has had 2+ 'bumps' (as in obviously dented bodywork) on the replacement car. She drives like a boy racer and doesn't wear a seatbelt mind so that might be it.... |
