Some sort of promotional release that showcases stuff about Batman and Superman. No real spoilers in the texts but the images show more stuff from the film.

I'd love to be wrong, I just imagine the film will be even more laughable than MoS... However, it also ties into films I really wanna see do well (Wonder Woman, 'Squad). Damn you, Snyder.

Better than the one that showed the main villain, more punchy and shows off a lot of Batman.

None of that would surprise me. I've been saying all of that for months, so it'll be interesting to see what comes of it.

A Bat Labels Tumblr

I like this van - which they used a lot with different paint jobs. I like the writing on the side.

Also worth noting that a van of a similar vintage as the one above was used in this weeks Gotham. It appears to be a Corvair 95

I like that they are using a mix of older styled cars. I expect that Gotham is in some kind of 1990s hell hole really, but the use of stuff from the 1950s onwards makes it hard to pin down the exact time frame. The BSG spin off Caprica did similar things - populating their streets with old cars and Retro Styled cars such as Beetles, Chrysler PT Cruisers, and 300Cs. They even rolled up a Morris Minor in one episode. It had the same effect - it was set in in a past, but had a fairly contemporary feel to it.

There's something about depictions of Gotham that seem to require a mix of contemporary and either art deco or the '50s. Whether comic, cartoon, film, or the random-ass mixture that is Gotham the TV show.

A bit less growling maybe. There's a prefectly good reason nobody has gone truly dark with Batman, if nothing else, the entire film has to have that tone. And that requires balls and not some idiot like Snyder.

No mention of slightly pishy Rises though... Not that I even expect Snyder to top that.

He's possibly a heavy drinker at this point ;)

I wouldn't be surprised if he plays the Gordon of the Dark Knight series considering how old Bats is here.

Continuity wasn't really a concern back in the old days lol, and that's still preferable to the endless reboots.

Joe Quinones' interweb-log: Batman '89

They're mental for not doing that, though I'd imagine the likeness rights are a nightmare, and they probably foolishly believed it would impact on what they're trying to do with BvS *laughs*
