4x4 parked next to me in baby/child spot. Only the mother and kids stayed in the car and the driver went in the shop. Selfish twat. Worse still the parked on such an angle that the rear of theirs was almost touching mine so I couldn't get the trolley past (to the boot) or get the kid in.

[LIFTED] tax people!

I've sent them sy SA forms for 2006/2007 gawd knows how many times, and they have verbally agreed that it's all been taken care of on numerous occasions, but that hasn't stopped them sending two threatening letters in the last week.

I've just downloaded the form, (for the umpteenth time) and now I need to go and try to find the relevant paperwork... again.

Did I mention the fact that the company was dissolved in August 2009?

Bastards!

I've had the same trouble.

The only way I solved it was to make an appointment at the local tax office and make someone sort it out face-to-face

Faye was recently hit by the old "You earned £40,000 last year, but you didn't pay the appropriate tax...".
Faye earned around £7,000 last year....

Bloody dog next door out in the garden barking at 1:25 am. I have no idea why the guy next door has not locked it in for the night. Idiot. If my other half gets woken up by the noise, she'll probably go round and shove the terrier up it's owner's rectum.

Wish work communicated better than ringing me up at 9.37 asking why I'm not in the 1st aid training session that started 7 minutes ago.
Because nobody told me.
Cretins. We're not all bloody telepaths. An email, phone call, bit of paper with it written on - too much to ask for?
Stressy and I'm not out the house yet.

We're scrapping a car. I want to get the fuel out, seeing as it's so bloomin' expensive these days. There must be close to £50 of unleaded there I can use in the Fiat.

The stupid car has an anti-siphoning device fitted. Thanks Vauxhall. It's my frickin' petrol, and I can't even get it back.

they do that because when you get fed up of that car, its designed to keep the petrol in so u just throw a match in the tank to blow the car up ;) a kinda "self destruct" mechanism :P

It has crossed my mind.

There's not even a proper drainage plug on the tank, apparently. The Haynes manual recommends an almost empty tank before attempting to remove a damaged one for replacement.

As it's being scrapped can't you break the anti-siphon mechanism by pushing a hooked rod down the filler pipe and pulling it out?

Don't know. I haven't a clue about how the mechanism is set up. I might have a look when it's warmer.

Human effing rights.
People who demand that their "human rights" are being infringed and of course they need a stupidly large payouts to compensate them because of it. Not that human rights are a bad thing but they do have, well I believe that they have, what are called responsibilities that go with them. For every right there is a responsibility.

Society cannot function properly without the individuals contributing towards that society. So why demand something from something you have no input into.

Have we have become an individual always beats the many society?

People who look after indicating.

Accelerating on a dual carriageway and some chump decided it's a good idea to signal, manoeuvre and thenmirror/look! He suddenly swerves back to his own lane quite sharply, though I was ready to hit the brakes and would have stopped in time.
