Have you tried Balmoral Chicken before?
Stuff chicken breast with haggis and wrap in bacon. Usually served with a whiskey and cream sauce.
Nice!

Ooh yes, that's bloody lovely.

I know I'm weird but haggis has nothing to do with it. I just don't like it - or black pudding.

I think it's fair to say haggis (and black pudding) is an acquired taste.
I like both obviously :D

I can take or leave black pudding - I quite like it, but don't seek it out. Haggis, on the other hand... nom. Every time I visit family in Scotland I call in at a butcher shop on Dunfermline high street, and bring a load back with me.

Eamonn Holmes says Northern Ireland should have its own president - BBC News
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-39587695

There could be a lot of merit to the president idea - I'm against it when it's a politician, but someone with no baggage could be great. Mind you, the next argument is 'President of Northern... the Northern part of Ireland... can we all agree on the traditional name of Ulster, er...'

The changing of the flag and anthem are a total non-starter though in my book. That only suits utter [LIFTED], and for multiple bad reasons, whether republican or unionist.

I just saw a Spider-Man pencil case produced in 2005 described as 'vintage'. That's just wrong on so many levels.

I'm gonna start drinking more vodka and coke at the weekend, I've had any number of genuinely clever ideas! (subject to change, your house might be repossessed...)

Getting car insurance done. The current lot want a the lion’s share of £600. Having polled car club members - some with more exotic variants than I have - I’m being asked for double what I should expect to be paid. Some of those have admitted to not having clean licenses as well.

The quality of BBC articles these days... If it's not an overly dramatic headline (which they actually implied they'd be doing previously), it's badly researched and/or puff pieces. Apart from anything else there, they might wanna throw in Purple Rain!

Looks like another celeb entertainer is about to face the heat for historic sex abuse. This is becoming so commonplace these days. One might say it's not unusual.

Are you talking about the pop star who raped a 14 year old in the 70s?
