Been to Doctors. Further meds prescribed, although stopping the diazepam (probably for the best given the addictive nature of it). Got to wait until Tuesday when I have my next physio appointment for the Doctor and physio to talk and decide on the best course of action for my back. Until then the pain will continue.
Morale is not great tbh.

A bright and sunny day in store. Shame I have to sit here struggling with designer's block instead of being out in it and enjoying life.

Morning Off to Bremen today to drive a car back to Blighty - it won't pass the TUF I shall be using Windows and Qwerty until Wednesday  I hope so - it's what I do most mornings _________________Jim
