I saw that. Got the first 3 saved up to watch.

Yeah, it's been excellent, was really looking forward to that last episode when it was postponed due to the police shooting. Totally understandable why they did that, but kind of disappointed they've chosen 10.30pm on a Saturday night to show the last all-important episode, I suspect a lot of people will miss it or be out getting p***ed up.

Yeah, I've got a Freeview recorder.

But what I was trying to say was I suspect a lot of people won't know it's on though. The first 3 episodes were shown primetime, you wouldn't really expect the last one to be tucked away on Saturday night - it's almost as if the BBC are ashamed to show it. I guess there's some truth in that, maybe they want to give it a low-profile exit. Which is a shame as IMHO it's been one of the best things on the Beeb this year, it deserves to be on when more people will watch it.

Well they have been advertising it which is how I knew it was back on. It's also shown on the BBC website so if people really want to know they'll be checking it :)

Nurse Jackie is back. From what I've seen so far very good it is too.

Just been watching 'The Plane Crash' on Channel 4. Utterly gobsmacking.

Basically, a bunch of US science bods buy an about-to-be-scrapped airliner (A DC-10 I think), fill it with crash test dummies, sensor gear, high speed cameras and remote control kit then get a US Air Force drone pilot to land it in the desert and cock the landing up at the last minute, thereby crashing the plane. They get tons of data from all the sensors then use that and the video to analyse everything they possibly can about what they can change in airliner design to make a crash more survivable.

Stuff like finding how far away bits of crash test dummy that was sat in certain seats end up from the impact point (tip: Don't sit in row A) and how being braced for impact or not changes the risk of injuries that might hinder someone getting out of the plane's interior if they survived the crash.

Really, genuinely interesting stuff.

Doesn't appear to be repeated unfortunately, but it will be on 4OD soon you'd imagine.

It was a 727. Absolutely epic, fascinating television! Hunted can wait...
