Just smashed my first 90 days weight loss target. 20.5 kg since Jan 4th.
Just ate a huge breakfast, I am going to eat my easter egg today (and 3 chocolate bars) and then phase 2 starts tomorrow with 10kg more to lose as soon as possible, but definitely in 90 days.

That's amazing. I managed to do something like 15kg but took me a year and I've since put on about half the weight.

Thanks all, it's been a real job of work, but I've made a lifestyle change that I should be able to stick at for a long time. I have broken the year up into four phases and the next phase is just to go hell-for-leather and get as far past the 10kg target as possible.

Can't wait to get to maintenance ..... 8-)

[LIFTED] Merseyside trains where you are not even allowed booze to dull the pain. Also I don't think they speak English here

Was there an overpowering smell of bleach? That's my abiding memory of getting a local train from Liverpool Lime Street station.
I mean, the carriage was really clean but I couldn't help wonder what the hell they'd had to use that much bleach to clean up.

Pain. So much pain. Had a tooth out (that was a nightmare to get out) and as a result have both a dry socket and an infection. Swelling has reduced a bit now on the antibiotics but pain is ever present. Have just doubled up on my Dihydrocodeine dose which was naughty (I'm sure the resident 404 Doc will tell me off) but very necessary!

According to FitBit, my resting pulse has sunk from 86 to 70 bpm since the beginning of January.

I was meant to be going home at 16:00 but, due to the colleague who is on a training course going straight home, I'll now be here until 17:00

Yay!

And I'll be seeing them at the Jazz cafe earlier in the month

Much excitement! :D

I get that too. My mum lives on SMS now. She even sent a text to let me know my grandma had died (though it was obvious that it was imminent) a few years ago.
