That would be Big D ;)

Hasty edit to say it was Big D that posted it. I'm not calling Dave a smashed up plate of brain matter. :|

Phew. Was wracking my brain trying to remember what I've posted lol.
But yes it does look like brain matter. At least the Italians and Asians make it look nice.

Obviously my eyes have decided to lose the ability to identify names today. Home time is fast approaching I think!

Someone on Friendface just posted a photo of herself and a friend making the 'peace' sign next to some avant garde garish graffiti on the south bank of the thames, with the caption 'Sistas'.
All well and good, but what's got up my nose is the Leica round her neck.
I suddenly, and immediately, have strong opinions.

Why sleep restriction therapy is growing in popularity | Life and style | The Guardian
http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle ... on-therapy

I'm certainly much worse if I go to bed early (for me) and wake up at my normal time. I just let my body adapt whatever way it feels like for the most part. The thought of going to work in the morning is the only thing that actually slows me down...

Sleep it's a tricky thing.
I'd classify myself as a morning person. My alarm goes off at 6 during the week and I'm certainly most awake in the morning. I'm usually up a bit later at the weekend but not by a huge amount.
In the evening I have a tendency to doze off in front of the TV but if I go to bed much before midnight I tend to feel worse in the morning. I quite often don't actually go to bed until 1 in the morning.

The eternal dilemma. Suffer with a sore neck/shoulders/general arthritic pain, or take the prescribed painkillers and endure a few hours of nausea with no apparent let up in the pain.

I was in pain, now I'm in pain and feeling semi drunk. Woo frickin' hoo.

Unless it impairs my job, I always go for "endure the pain".
