Fair. I thought the last series didn't have the... 'verve' of the previous two (well, one and a half). They obviously felt the loss of Andy Whitfield and, to be honest, I think writing John Hannah out so early was a mistake.

Spent the last few days watching the last He-Man reboot, wish it had gotten longer than two seasons :(

Also, was Kobra Khan always a member of the Snakemen? Makes sense, but I'm wondering was it added to the reboot... Also, we never got to see what Hordak was really capable of!

Oh well, the inevitable film should bring another cartoon reboot :) , now I have to resist the temptation to buy action figures

Are you talking about MOTU 200x? I started watching that butkinda got bored after a few episodes. The TMNT 2003 series that was aired at the time was far superior.

That's the one, only I felt the same way about the Turtles lol. I have a real problem when characters leave their usual haunts and wind up in space... There's no doubt about it, the first few eps of the MOTU reboot are weak as fcuk, but it slowly got better and season 2 was a corker. I'm assuming the popularity of the toyline at the time was the problem when it came to being cancelled :(

On the toyline front, history repeated itself but it really was awful how they'd shoehorn new outfits and vehicles into the reboot (snake-motif armour that would make no difference to what they'd been wearing previously!). And, erm, I've just ordered the 'Classics' Skeletor off eBay (Comic Con jobbie)

Yeah that story arc wound me up. The second Shredder arc was absolutely awesome. If you've not watched, go on to youtube and watch The Shredder Strikes Back. Absolutely loved it. There's also an Utrom story arc later on in the series too.

That's probably what put me off and I should have stayed with it. I'll look up the show some time.

Short of a catch-up service of whatever description ;) , the only semi-sensible way to see the He-Man reboot is to buy the complete series on region 1 unfortunately, though it should be very cheap. I don't even think there's a complete collection of the original series, though I may be wrong.

Just start watching "The Wire" got to Episode 9 Season 1 and loving it, one of the best series I've seen. How have I managed to miss not watching it for so long?

Once was enough for me. It was OK but didn't see what all the fuss was about.
