Morning all. It was a close run thing on the A1(M) this morning that's for sure. Certainly a lot of buffeting going on and plenty of spray coming up from other vehicles just to make it that bit more fun. So yeah, travel safe folks.

So, did we all survive the tender mercies of storm Doris yesterday? She certainly made driving more interesting than usual.

Afternoon all,
went to a whisky tasting last night. Very interesting. Didn't get drunk, but tried a few nice drams. They had over 60 different whiskies to sample, the majority from Scotland, with a couple of from Ireland and the rest of the world.
