Morning all!
I have been told that I should expect either a heart condition or a thyroid problem. Ooh what to choose!

Ooh, is it your birthday?

Seriously, though, hope everything turns out okay for you.

Not a nice choice Mr bd - no room for discussion I suppose???

On the upside - both conditions can be fixed right???

If and currently its an if I develope either of these two conditions it will hopefully just be a monitor and medicate if necessary.
I know I have an abnormality in my heart function. I had an ECG done a few years ago after I had an accident and had 30000 volts pumped through me. It was shocking  The doctor pointed out a dip and said there might be some damage but couldnt be sure if it was due to my accident or natural.

But its time to arrange a check up just to make sure..

What dates are you in Exeter for? I am away for some but might also be around for some if you fancy a meet-up.

Just got back from the gym, suitably knackered and in need of some nourishment (and a shower). Food first me thinks. My trainer seems pleased with my progress, which is a good sign.

I'm at the County Show tomorrow through to Saturday, and I'm also playing chauffeur for some other folks, so I don't think it's likely I'll be heading into the city. :(

Ah right. That's also the time I am away for. It'll happen one day I'm sure.

Just bear in mind the fact that although she says she'll be back on Friday, she may decide that she misses you so much that she'll come back on Thursday evening, just to surprise you.

Consider yourself forewarned. ;)

We then went to Verdi’s, a lovely little Italian restaurant on the beach, and had some hazelnut ice cream on the sand, waves hitting out feet. It was just great..

Location might be better at Verdi's but the ice cream is better in Joe's ;)

So I had to drive allllllll the way into work, and I was here for just over 2 hours, trying to fix everything so it was back on stable feet, then drove alllllll the way home. I even had to put the roof down on the car, it was so bloody warm. 27 degrees it was here!! Scorching!

As opposed to most days when you only drive half way to work then walk the rest of the way...?

Sorry, couldn't resist ;)

Ok, I could have resisted, but I chose not to :P

That's down to personal opinion.

Persoanlly I don't like really sweet icecream, like the stuff in Joes, or from the icecream man that comes around. packed with WAY to much sh!t.

I like the hazlenut in Verdies, it's not bitter like it should be, and it's got a slight chocolaty taste to it.

I like the subtlty of it. :)
