We should start a "40 club"! :D

But the 50 Club is more exclusive... ;)

Really strong painkillers :D I have to take them and tbh they dont get rid of the pain but I seem to care about it less for a while ;)

Funnily enough I found Wii Fit (the yoga stuff and muscle stretches) really helped. It hurts a bit more to begin with but after 10 minutes I start to loosen up and feel better. I did a specialist back course who said keeping moving and stretching rather than the myth of laying on a board will be better. Seemed to be true. You need to pace the activity though and not overdo it. Build yourself up.

My back starts playing up if I'm tired, so sleep is a good cure, otherwise lying on the floor with your legs on a chair or something works wonders for me...

It's the hips and knees I'm not sure how to deal with...

Well happy birthday :)

So now we've established the spread, any use for the data. Seems targeting anything will be nigh on impossible with the age range here.

Well, the '74' part of my user name kinda gives it away somewhat. 35 and counting....

Always found that robust and energetic comingling based activities tend to either solve or blank out such problems...(maybe ask Boots for some little helpers?)
