Not at all... just bear in mind that no matter how hard someone punches you in the face, it only hurts for a fraction of a second then the bliss of unconciousness kicks in and you don't feel a thing.

Until you wake up, obviously.

Something that Dave may or may not know all about ;)

Umm, does that work the same if someone kicks you in the knackers? :?: :?: :?:

I have never actually been knocked out, I'm pleased to say. Had plenty of black eyes, and a few nose bleeds, but never been knocked out. :) *Touch wood*

I cannot wait until the first X404 meetup either now! ;)

(FWIW I've taken a couple of kicks to the 'nads in kickboxing fights before, and it is extremely painful!)

I've also been kicked in the nuts and yes it does indeed hurt. A lot.

Photography, and there's precious little time to get that done.

I'm sorry but what does this have to do with being punched in the face or kicked in the nuts?

Try and stay on topic please ;) :P

Sorry... back on topic... now then, where were we? Ahh, yes! Hobbies!

Does "enjoying real ale and bitter by the pint" count as a hobby? If so then I do that as well

I'd say it does count. I like trying different whiskies and brandies, (in fact spirits from around the world) so I guess that kinda counts as well.

I'm not sure being an alcoholic is strictly a 'hobbie' guys?

Remember, first step to overcoming your problem is admitting you have one. (Yeah, we can all play that little game ;) )
