Jobs

There's still some hope of getting my contract moved to UAE.
I also had an agency I applied to phone me up earlier. I'm about to call them back.

That's not planking, (the top picture), it's just a bloke, out on the beers.

Sorry, but someone was going to say it, and it was always going to be me...

That my office is like living in the Daily Mail matrix - wall to wall snide remarks, fashion tips, unsubstantiated gossip and made-up sh1t, and an obsession with celebrity. There's even been comments along the lines of, 'He groped her because she was flaunting herself in a bikini.' Like that's alright.

I've worked in some places with a very lax dress code, but I'm curious as to where you're working if bikinis are ok for the office.

That would be the discussions about celebrities. And I use that term loosely.Something's gone drastically wrong when young women in 2015 are suggesting sexual assault is actively encouraged by clothing choice. But that's indictive of the fake world they seem to revel in. They talk about TOWIE like it's real. Tried to set a bloke up with a girl they know is emotionally unstable. This is a guy who has just changed his door locks after coming out of a relationship! They don't seem to care what they say or do so long as they can get a bit of fake excitement out of it :?

The Geissens (TV show name The Geissens, a terribly glamorous family) are a pair of self-made millionaires and their children, who swan around Monaco, Miami, ski resorts etc. drink champagne, be obnoxious, talk about buying another Bentley or Hummer, building houses or buying yachts...

I've watched about 10 minutes in total from 4 series. The Bentley convertible in matt camouflage paint was a "highlight" :(

While I haven't seen it, the matt camo look on the Bentley is likely a vinyl wrap. Chicken Balotelli had one when he was at Man City.

I'm not suggesting that makes any positive difference, aside from the fact that it's easier to remove.
