Got a rollocking today, for telling someone I already have the information they need, rather than letting that person have to search for it on the Interwebs.

Morning all.
Off to Clynder to visit my uncle (well, one of them). It's near the Faslane base so could be an interesting view although it looks like the weather will be doing its best to muck that up.

Morning all, Splitting headache this morning. I didn't have a drink last night, (or this week, in fact) so it's definitely not alcohol induced. I can't help but wonder if this is what it feels like for those people who actually get hangovers? Morning all,
getting ready for the big evening. My other half wanted to put the good Brindisi Reserva wine in the wild boar Ragout... Managed to talk her into allowing me to buy a couple of bottles of supermarket red wine.
This year is a bad year for Christmas. The only way it could be worse is if Christmas Day was on a Saturday. With it being on a Sunday, it means we get bank holiday Monday and that is it, and New Year, being on a Sunday means we don't get any time off then either, back to work on Monday.

Afternoon all,
we celebrated yesterday evening. I got a "supply packet" for the office - new mug, different teas etc. and Statler and Waldorf socks and 2 shirts.
We had a very nice piece of wild boar. Very tasty.
