Morning all.

Off up to the parents for the holidays. Told my brother I'd like to set off around 10 so anything before noon will be a triumph.

Have a great day folks.

Sounds like my father-in-law.
My wife's memories of going to the seaside as a child involved leaving London for Brighton at about 5pm. Purely due to faffing.

We've got to get him up here on christmas eve. I told tim we need hin here by midday because we need him to be here by 4pm.

Morning all.

2 day week and it's already busy. Can't beat a crisis at a customers site just before Christmas

I've seen those before... RAID array dies and the backups are corrupted. Nightmare!

Morning all,

Last week before the Christmas break. Let's hope it's a quiet one.

Have a great day, everyone.

:)

Arrived all safe and sound although the original 10am departure target end up being around 11:30. I must confess that was mainly down to me taking longer than I had hopped to leave my house in a semi decent state for returning to next year

On the flip side, it is occasionally satisfying to hold up someone who's usually the one doing the holding up.

Have a great day folks.

I used to LOVE Christmas when I was working.
I always took the on call watch as it payed time and a half just to be on call and double time on top for actual time at work. Plus travel and food and drink.
