I was surprised by that. I always thought of him as a comedy actor. Though I suppose they are supposed to be able to do more serious roles.

I have to say the white hair makes him look a bit scarier somehow, so... :)

Tonight BBC2 is showing two rarely-shown slices of post Star Wars sci-fi. At 00:35 There's Saturn 3 (1980) and at 02:00 Battle Beyond The Stars (1980). They are no masterpieces (and very much of their time), but Saturn 3 is worth watching for Hector the robot, and Battle Beyond The Stars is worth watching for Sybil Danning's Valkyrie warrior.
