Yeah I do a Southern Korean karate, called Tang Soo Do.

So need to be in shape for a competition I have coming up in a few months in Denmark.

That's why I'm on alot of prunes and stuff, so much fibre content, it balances out the need for carbs, I don't eat any carbs.

All I eat for carbs are bananas before I start lifting!

Today I had a ham sandwich for brunch, and I've just had a huge thick bacon steak with mushy peas and mash potato. It was very yummy, if not exactly healthy.
