Nurse! He's out of bed again! No, I'd never heard of it until now (or forgotten about it) - the reviews are awful!

Charlotte Rampling finds herself outnumbered in Oscars diversity row | Film | The Guardian http://www.theguardian.com/film/2016/ja ... ersity-rowApart from anything else, the Oscars are a nonsense - directors and stars often win for a lesser film or performance because it's 'their last shot'.

Ian McKellen: 'Why has no openly gay man ever won the best actor Oscar?' | Film | The Guardian http://www.theguardian.com/film/2016/ja ... homophobiaBecause you could count openly gay male stars on one hand? That's got nothing to do with the Oscars really, though he makes a good point about the make up of California. It seems he's looking for a reason he's never won... and found the wrong one.

Ever since I first saw the posters for Joy I've been reminded of posters for another, older film, but I simply cannot recall the film title, and it's really annoying me. Mark

It's a little like the Almost Famous poster, but my other inkling is an arthouse film of some description... it looked familiar to me too.
