Came home a little pissed off, slept. He was truthful up front saying they could argue the debris was only there briefly etc, but I don't think I'm letting it go. I've got him sending them a letter and I'll probably wait months on a reply. I still feel angry thinking about that night, and I haven't been able to shake it. That stretch of road is still covered in debris and I told him as much, so I'm getting more photos when I get a chance. _________________Plain English advice on everything money, purchase and service related:

I'm doing everything possible to avoid finishing a risk assessment job I'm doing for a client.
