I can see that side of it. I do remember once having a long lunch with some friends in the city who had a spectacular expense account. We sat in a wine bar knocking back bottles of port and when I crawled back to work one of the directors was so amused by the state I was in I did not get the sack. _________________Do concentrate, 007... When I was 22 I went to a works Crimbo do and drank more than anyone and arrived smug at 5 to 9 the next day; only me and the boss in the office. I couldn't do that now, 6 years older

Won 4 bottles of booze in the company charity booze-raffle. I only bought the tickets by way of donation to the cause and now I've got to lug these bottles about. And no, I won't be getting rosy-cheeks or whatever the current theory is.

Still at work. Hopefully will be able to go by 1315. Pity we couldn't have monday off and have a five-day weekend. Would have been awesome.

We have a skeleton crew here at the office. It's been very quiet. At least we get to leave in 20 mins.
