Since trying the 500kcal diet thing for three weeks, I've lost 4kg. It's reached the point where I no longer feel the need to snack. It has also increased my satiety to the point where twice now, on non fasting days, I've not eaten anything after 3-4pm until brekkie the next day. Today I had lunch at 1pm and I still don't feel hungry now. Certainly not enough to eat a full meal. But I know I won't be able to sleep because I've not eaten.

She looks stunning in the catwalk pics but the regular pics show how anorexic she looks.

I've just bought something off egay and turns out the seller lives nearby. So much so that it's probably be quicker for her to drop it off than to go to the local post office to send it.

Now that must be the worlds most expensive cleaning lady. Does not clean any house for less than $10000 a day.

The PCT have decided they need to upgrade our servers. The engineers have been here since 1130. We're supposed to be and running by 1600. So far, they've removed the old cabinet and installed a new one, and put in the switches. Nothing's been wired up. Nothing had been tested yet. Think they're still migrating the server.

Worst thing is this was mandatory, the date non-negotiable (we wanted to do in on a day with low impact eg thursday), and we have no control over it. No blood results. No x-ray reports. No clinic letters. Nothing.

Umm, yeah, it's good news, I just thought it wasn't going to be for another month and thought I'd have longer to get used to the idea. It's all a big rush now, blood tests and ECG and anti-coag injection and then Friday it'll be here!!

I don't want to sound like I'm not appreciative of the efficiency of the hospital, but I'm just a bit stunned. :?

An email from RBS wrote:
Dear Mr,

Updating you on the sale of RBS branches and accounts

As you'll be aware, the European Commission requires us to sell part of our UK banking business, including RBS branches in England and Wales. However, as you may have read in the press, the deal to sell this business to Santander will no longer be progressing.

This means your accounts will not be moving to Santander.

What happens next

We'll continue to keep you informed and give you plenty of notice if there are any changes that affect you.

In the meantime, you remain a valued RBS customer. It's business as usual and you don't need to do anything. We apologise for any uncertainty this may cause you and we'll continue to look after your accounts as normal.

Any questions?

If you'd like any further information, you may find the frequently asked questions below helpful. You can also visit your local branch, or call us on 0800 210 0214 quoting reference R-RBS-107. Customers with hearing and speech impairments can contact us by Minicom 0800 404 6160.

Yours sincerely,

David Gillespie
Chief Executive, RBS England & Wales
