I can make the pancake mix but cannot cook them. I am still trying to work out how to make scones with my limitations.

Thankfully they were a gift from a friend I visited over the weekend. His missus treats him regularly to cakes, scones, biscuits etc and he's still as skinny as a rake.

I was in Tesco's in Purley last week and found Spelt flour. None of my local supermarkets stock it so I am considering subscribing to Amazon's delivery of the stuff. They also do pasta flour which again is not available locally so might try making pasta soon, but will need to work out how to microwave it.

It might be an alternative to ciabata flour mixes. I will have to get some pasta flour and see what I can do.
