Finally had a good day at work and left on time, feeling like I'd actually achieved something.

Bitter out today and there is a prospect of snow for later. This being East Anglia I expect any light dusting to cause carnage so that's something to look forward to.

Afternoon all, The wife is keeping me updated with the latest weather reports from Manchester. Looks like I may have to leave early and work from home. Probably a good idea for the boss to arrive, to clear it before I go. Just hoping it clears by tomorrow. Morning all,
snowed heavily last night, still snowing.
Just been out and cleared the driveway and around 250M of pavement around our property! That is the problem when you buy a corner house, you don't only have to clear the pavement in front of the house, but along the side as well! But it is snowing so hard, that where I cleared it, there is fresh snow now; still it is at least enough to make the insurance company and the council happy - if you haven't cleared the snow by 07:00, you are responsible for anyone who has an accident on your propery or on the pavement in front of it.

Morning all. A mere sprinkle of snow here in Cambridgeshire although it's also quite icy. Had fun walking round to my lift shares house this morning - there's a stretch of pavement where there is a puddle which also gets significant splash up off the road. Suffice to say, overnight the combination of water sources had rended the entire stretch sheet ice. Navigating that whilst remaining upright was fun  Anywho, have a great day folks.

Afternoon all, The drive from Manchester to Stoke was fun. Manchester was a giant car park, which didn't clear until the middle section of the M6, just in time for the speed to come down to 50MPH due to the never ending road works. Still made it to work on time. Also had some success with the Hackintosh project last night. I'll try and put an update on the thread, (assuming there is one) as I know that someone, (possibly Alex) was interested. Anyway...
