I'd love for the series to get back on track after 2, but Hollywood might wanna look outside the old boys network it continually goes to now. Take a leaf out of Marvel's book and hire talented individuals as opposed to ruining franchise hopefuls early like Fox, Sony and Warner Bros do by getting hacks in.

What bugs me is they tend to keep elements of the old script and merge it with the new one, leading to softened or tonally weird characters you couldn't give a stuff about and a disjointed film overall.

One of my mates had the big BIG one (the Decepticon counterpoint to Megaplex) which is why I got excited, but subsequent googles since posting have "explained" there were a number of variants on the scorpion theme - which would explain my immense dissatisfaction with the size of one that appeared in the first film.
