So all that hot air about Warner's not having a plan for their superhero franchise … yeah, thought so. Like it or not, Man of Steel did the business for Warner Bros. but I suspect the Justice League directing gig rests on the performance of the next Superman film. Mark

Snyder has some great ideas, I just wish he knew how to present them better. He often focuses on the wrong elements in trying to 'update' a story.

I know, times have changed too much from the have-a-go Eighties. Dumb-ass focus groups, bean counters who know recognisable name = 'at least X in returns no matter what', a subsequently pathetic script, rubbish CGI that previously would have been a 'special effect'... FFS, when Taken pretty much brought the one man army back to cinemas they immediately set about draining the life out of it instead of even turning it into 'the new Die Hard'.
