That's twelve hours on shift, straight to bed, ten hours sleep, one hour to get up, wash etc and a one hour handover (so I guess that could could as a thirteen hour shift).
Repeat twenty one times (actually this trip it will be fourteen times).

I LOVE guac.

I'm not really a huge fan of avocado, but it's an epic source of potassium and has less sugar than bananas, not to mention it's reasonably filling.

If you wanna lose fat and be healthy, food is fuel - not fun.

Yes it is a weird position but it is at a museum and fully clothed though keep your eyes open for pizza delivery guys, :lol:
