Yep, or near enough. I didn't have any cinnamon handy so they not technically chelseas but they're the same otherwise.

I never bother to make them though, given my poor success rate with yeasty things actually rising in my kitchen :(

it's a recipe from Paul Hollywood's book 'How To Bake'. Most of his seem pretty foolproof, or at least the ones I've tried have been.

Forgive my ignorance but that looks similar to a Danish. What's the difference (esp in taste)?

Danishes are pastry (and therefore no yeast) these are sweet bread. So they're taller and 'fluffier' than Danishes. The 'putting together' part is the same though, you roll it like a Swiss roll and then slice it.

Just went to the hospital. My gran was admitted tonight. Dozy git didn't tell anyone she had difficulty with breathing. I thought she might have heart failure but I think it is probably paroxysmal AF. Hopefully she'll be home later this week.

I baked twice at the weekend. The little one loves helping so it has encouraged me to do it more often. Saturday = Maids of Honour, Sunday = Pineapple Upside-Down Cake.

SWMBO was upset at me for making her go to the doctor, where they found her blood pressure was a nice healthy 200/130 :o  :o

Gone to hospital yet? Last patient of mine who had BP like that had kidney problems.

Too high, get it sorted.

Interestingly, although 120/80 is accepted as the norm, there was a study done a few decades back on bushmen I believe whose systolic was never higher than 100 which means that average blood pressure has gone up over the past 50 years.

She now has two different tablets to take and is back in a fortnight for a review. She has had a battery of test and they have come back all clear (thankfully) but they were seriously thinking of admitting her.

For those following my new place related posts, the bathroom is now tiled (well, the shower area is tiled, and that's about all I'mm willing to do).
I got my light bulbs for the kitchen.
The fitting for them has glass surrounds around the individual bulbs, I thought this glass was frosted.
It turns out it was grease and dust. *laugh*
I've cleaned them all now.

Alex, what brightness are your bulbs from Sainsbury's? I got four bulbs from Homebase providing 250 lumens giving 3k light each.
