I learnt that Direct line don't understand haggling. When you ring them up and tell them not to renew your policy, they're supposed to haggle the price downwards to match it, not try and haggle it upwards. :roll:

That some one has broken my armegeddon dvd and I cant watch it to the end . :(

Scratches? Try putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours. Once it has defrosted and dried out it may play to the end.

I learned that phoning O2 is surprisingly painless - got speaking to someone with English as a first language, call was answered and sorted within a few minutes :D
